Nick Horne was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and graduated from Ballard High School in 2015. He attended Jefferson Community and Technical College and received his associate degree in 2017. Nick then attended the University of Kentucky for his bachelor’s degree, majoring in Political Science and graduating magna cum laude with departmental honors in 2019. Finally, Nick attended the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2023 and was an editor of the University of Louisville Law Review and a student-teacher for the Central High School Law Partnership. He also received the Cali Award for excellent achievement in Civil Rights and Liberties. Nick is passionate about helping people who suffered from the negligent actions of others, defective products, constitutional rights violations, and sexual assault.

In his free time, Nick enjoys cheering for his Louisville Cardinals, Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls, and Arsenal FC. He enjoys playing tennis, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.

Tad Thomas has dedicated his practice to representing plaintiffs in various types of civil litigation, including personal injury, business litigation, class actions, and multi-district litigation.

After graduating with his law degree in 2000 from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, Mr. Thomas immediately opened his own private practice and began representing injury victims.

In 2011, Thomas Law Offices was established in Louisville, Kentucky. Over the past decade, Mr. Thomas has expanded his firm and now has offices in three additional locations: Cincinnati, Ohio, Columbia, Missouri, and Chicago, Illinois. He is also a frequent lecturer on topics like trial skills and ethics and technology.
